WiFi upgrade functionality is a core feature of the DO928. It is primarily used in the following scenarios:
— Fixing vulnerabilities discovered during customer use; — Providing customized features and user interfaces.
Customer devices do not need to be returned to the factory; they can be upgraded directly to the latest version via WiFi.
⚠️Important Notes: WiFi upgrades are performed only when customers report malfunctions or request feature updates. Customers must provide the instrument serial number (SN). We do not automatically push updates when internal software is updated.
The instrument serial number is required to execute updates. The update program can only run after we upload the update file to the server. Running the update program directly on the instrument will result in failure, as the program cannot execute the update.

The DO928 supports 9 parameters: RPM (0–30,000), Speed (0–999 KM/H or MPH), Oil Pressure (0–150 PSI / 0–10 BAR), Oil Temperature, Water Temperature, Boost (-15–45 PSI), Air-Fuel Ratio, Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT), and Voltage (10–16V).
Q How does the WiFi upgrade feature work on the DO928?
The WiFi upgrade feature allows firmware updates to be delivered wirelessly without returning the device to the factory. Updates are triggered only when customers report issues or request new features, and require the instrument serial number (SN) to be provided by the customer.
Q Will the DO928 automatically update its firmware?
No. The DO928 does not push automatic updates. Updates are only executed after the update file has been uploaded to the server by our team, and the customer's serial number has been verified. Running the update program without server authorization will result in failure.
Q Which parameters can trigger the alarm function?
The alarm function supports all 9 channels: Speed, RPM, Boost, Water Temperature, Oil Temperature, Oil Pressure, Voltage, Air-Fuel Ratio, and Exhaust Temperature. Each parameter can be individually configured with a custom alarm threshold.
Q What does the warranty cover, and for how long?
The DO928 comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper use or human factors is not covered. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of professional installation.
Q Are the measurements and colors shown in the product images accurate?
All measurements are performed manually and may have a tolerance of 1–3 mm. Product colors in images may vary slightly from the actual item due to differences in display settings. The style and design are guaranteed to match what is shown in the product images.
