WiFi upgrade functionality is a core feature of the DO928. It is primarily used in the following scenarios:
Fixing vulnerabilities discovered during customer use
Providing customized features and user interfaces
Customer devices do not need to be returned to the factory — they can be upgraded directly to the latest version via WiFi.

WiFi upgrades are performed only when customers report malfunctions or request feature updates. Customers must provide the instrument serial number (SN). We do not automatically push updates when internal software is updated.
The instrument serial number is required to execute updates. The update program can only run after we upload the update file to the server. Running the update program directly on the instrument will result in failure, as the program cannot execute the update.

QHow does the WiFi upgrade feature work on the DO928?
AThe WiFi upgrade feature allows customers to update the device firmware directly without returning it to the factory. Upgrades are issued only when a malfunction is reported or a feature update is requested. You will need to provide your instrument serial number (SN) to initiate the process.
QCan I run the WiFi update program directly on the instrument without contacting support?
ANo. The update program requires the update file to be uploaded to the server by our team first. Running the update program on the instrument without this step will result in failure. Please contact support and provide your SN before attempting any update.
