The WiFi upgrade feature allows customers to update their device firmware directly without returning it to the factory. Updates are triggered only when a customer reports a malfunction or requests new features. You must provide your instrument serial number (SN) to initiate the process.

Can I run the WiFi update program directly on the instrument?

No. Running the update program directly on the instrument will result in failure. The update file must first be uploaded to the server by our team before the program can execute successfully. Always contact support before attempting an update.
