WiFi upgrades are performed only when customers report malfunctions or request feature updates. Customers must provide the instrument serial number (SN). We do not automatically push updates when internal software is updated.
The instrument serial number is required to execute updates. The update program can only run after we upload the update file to the server. Running the update program directly on the instrument will result in failure, as the program cannot execute the update.

QHow does the WiFi upgrade feature work?
The WiFi upgrade allows customers to update the instrument firmware remotely without returning it to the factory. Updates are triggered only when a customer reports a malfunction or requests a feature update. You must provide your instrument's serial number (SN) to initiate the process.
QCan I run the WiFi update program directly on the instrument?
No. Running the update program directly on the instrument will result in failure. The update file must first be uploaded to the server by our team before the program can execute the update successfully.
