For nearly four decades, Ruian DongOu Automobile Meter Factory has remained dedicated to the research, development, and high-volume manufacture of complex automotive instrumentation systems. Rooted in the industrial heart of China's automotive supply network, our manufacturing facility has developed advanced technical systems, comprehensive calibration pipelines, and robust production protocols that comply with global quality control frameworks.
Whether partnering with international distributors to supply modification workshops or providing racing teams with precision telemetric dashboards, our engineering divisions maintain the exact tolerances required in high-vibration and high-temperature environments. Our systems are built to withstand the rigors of competitive motorsport while delivering clear, real-time data to drivers.
Jointly developed with leading engineering groups, SincoTech serves the high-performance racing sector. Through custom CAN-Bus integration, Bluetooth data modules, and high-definition TFT multi-function displays, SincoTech units display complex telemetric data with extreme precision. Features include high-intensity customizable warning lights and real-time sensor kit integration.
Specializing in aftermarket interior styling and component-level tuning support. GragonGauge covers standard gauge formats, including tachometers (0-11,000 RPM), boost and vacuum gauges, water/oil temperature indicators, oil pressure monitors, voltmeters, air-fuel ratio modules, and exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensors.
Our hardware lines fit standard industry mounts, offering direct replacement options. Available dimensions include 52mm (2 inches) for tight console spaces, 60mm (2.36 inches) for standard pillar pods, and 85mm (3.75 inches) for main dashboards.
Procuring digital gauge clusters and telemetry systems for heavy duty or performance fleets presents specific challenges. Global automotive buyers often struggle with sensor signal drift, high EMI (electromagnetic interference), and mechanical degradation under intense vibrations. If an aftermarket gauge system fails to filter electrical noise, it can misreport critical operating parameters, risking severe powertrain damage.
Ruian DongOu addresses these challenges by integrating advanced microcontrollers and specialized digital-to-analog converters directly onto our PCBs. Our multi-display units are shielded from electrical noise, ensuring reliable operation when paired with high-output alternators or performance ignition circuits. Additionally, our dual-display technologies combine analog sweeps with precise digital readouts, helping fleet managers and tuning shops accurately monitor real-time vehicle data.

Bespoke Branding & Scale
Operating from Wenzhou’s automotive parts manufacturing cluster, our factory leverages a highly optimized supply chain network. By using automated PCB pick-and-place lines and CNC-machined housing fabrication, we control production costs while maintaining high product quality.
Our facility handles small-batch modifications as well as container-scale OEM production. We run specialized calibration lines for resistance-based fuel floats, thermistors, and active EGT thermocouple sensors, ensuring our gauges perform reliably right out of the box. Additionally, our built-in testing chambers subject every prototype to thermal shocks (from -40°C to +85°C) and continuous vibration testing, simulating the harsh conditions of motorsports and heavy industrial use.
Modern dashboard layouts require versatile data displays that can be positioned for optimal visibility and fast interpretation under pressure.
Individual gauges can be combined in custom pods to monitor specific vehicle systems.
Centralized digital dashboards display critical engine telemetry through a single display.
Adjustable brackets and pod enclosures enable secure mounting on dashes, pillars, or center consoles.
Our SincoTech digital racing panels interface through standard OBDII diagnostic ports or custom CAN-Bus networks. They extract engine telemetry, including engine speed (RPM), coolant temperature, vehicle speed, throttle position, and intake manifold pressure. For older vehicles without OBDII setups, our standalone sensor kits monitor these parameters directly.
We offer custom branding services, including custom logo prints on dial faces, modified start screens for LCD dashboards, and custom scale markings. Users can switch between up to seven backlight colors using control buttons on our 52mm and 80mm modified gauges, ensuring the display matches the vehicle's interior lighting.
Most of our gauge lines, including our dual-display water temperature and voltage systems, are designed with wide-voltage input circuits. This allows them to operate reliably on standard 12V passenger cars as well as 24V commercial vehicle platforms.
Our 85mm GPS speedometers rely on an internal GPS receiver and antenna to calculate speed over ground (SOG) based on satellite signals. Unlike mechanical or transmission-driven speedometers, they do not require complex drivetrain calibration, making them ideal for custom builds, marine applications, and off-road vehicles.
Lead times depend on the order volume and customization requirements. Standard catalog gauges usually ship within 15–20 days. Large OEM orders that require custom injection molds, custom dial faces, or custom firmware configurations typically take 30–45 days.
