WiFi upgrade functionality is a core feature of the DO928.
It is primarily used in the following scenarios:
- Fixing vulnerabilities discovered during customer use;
- Providing customized features and user interfaces.
Customer devices do not need to be returned to the factory; they can be upgraded directly to the latest version via WiFi.
WiFi upgrades are performed only when customers report malfunctions or request feature updates. Customers must provide the instrument serial number (SN). We do not automatically push updates when internal software is updated.
The instrument serial number is required to execute updates. The update program can only run after we upload the update file to the server. Running the update program directly on the instrument will result in failure, as the program cannot execute the update.
1. Warranty: We provide a one-year warranty (excluding damage caused by human factors). All warranty claims require proof of professional installation.
